Cheryl Jean Dean, 46, of Elkton, passed away Monday, March 9, 2009, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.

Cheryl was born May 9, 1962, in Rockingham County, and was the daughter of Wayne and Brenda Eppard Dean of Elkton.

She was a lifetime resident of the area and graduated from Elkton High School in 1981. She was a member of Hensley

All of you are in my prayers. God knew she was tired of being sick and said "it's My time to take care of her now". I know that God has a plan in this time of sorrow even though we may not now see what it is, but He never does things by accident and He is alwys right in everything He does. At this difficult time, I realize that words may seem empty as you are grieving the loss of Cheryl.
